Seb, a 2025 Running Start senior from Camas, has been a creative force at Little Wings Library!
For their senior project, Seb designed an original zine filled with hand-drawn illustrations that beautifully reflect our mission and love of books. They also helped curate and process book donations and made book-themed bracelets for the Camas Book Bowl READgionals.
This fall, Seb is off to art college to study animation, with hopes of becoming a character designer and story artist. We can’t wait to see the stories they’ll bring to life!
Lola, a 2025 Camas High School senior who spent her entire school year partnering with Little Wings Library for her senior project!
Lola collected and analyzed data from six Little Free Libraries, helping us understand usage trends and where children’s books are most needed. Her detailed work supported a successful grant application and helped guide our future book distribution.
She also stepped outside her math and science background to write a thoughtful research paper on the Evolution of American Libraries.
This fall, Lola will be heading to California Polytechnic State University—we’re so proud of all she’s accomplished!
Amy, a 2025 Running Start Camas senior whose creativity and leadership made a big impact at Little Wings Library!
For her senior project, Amy helped organize event materials, assisted with our interactive Book Bowl Passport, and coordinated supplies for the ever-popular friendship bracelet station at several community events. She also recruited friends to join in, bringing teamwork and a spirit of fun to every activity.
This fall, Amy will head to Oregon State University to study chemical engineering in the Honors College.
Nate has been a valued part of the Little Wings team for two years, lending his time and focus to book processing and behind-the-scenes support. He also volunteers in a local elementary school library, helping with special projects that keep things running smoothly.
In addition to his volunteer work, Nate is the author and illustrator of his own book series, Team Dynamic. His second book, Team Dynamic Return of Firus, is now available on Amazon—a fantastic accomplishment that highlights his creativity and dedication. We’re so proud to have Nate as part of our community!
Nysa and Aaria are two outstanding teen volunteers, receiving Gold Level Presidential Volunteer Service Awards in November 2024.
Through their volunteer work with Little Wings Library, Aaria and Nysa have gone above and beyond to support our mission of getting books into the hands of kids and teens. Whether helping at events, organizing materials, or spreading the word about our programs, they’ve shown dedication, reliability, and a genuine passion for giving back.
We are proud to celebrate their accomplishments and grateful to have them as part of the Little Wings Library family!

Whether they’re helping at our outreach events, assembling our craft kits, or processing books behind the scenes, they bring a calm, thoughtful presence to every task. They’re especially great with kids—engaging, patient, and always ready to help with a smile.
We’re so lucky to have Lillian and Adalyn as part of the Little Wings team!
