We’re thrilled to be part of the 2025 Camas Volunteer & Community Engagement Summit on Saturday, January 25th from 11am-3pm!
Join us inside the Fuel Medical lobby (314 NE Birch Street, Downtown Camas) for an exciting day of connection, inspiration, and community-building!
This event is your chance to meet 14 amazing local organizations, all offering unique volunteer opportunities. It’s an open house format, so come by, explore, and chat with us at your own pace. Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or just curious about getting involved, there’s something for everyone!

Camas School District Book Bowl READ-gionals
Little Wings Library is thrilled to organize the 2024-2025 Book Bowl READ-gionals in partnership with each of the six Camas Elementary schools, working together to make this event a huge success! Teams from all six schools will compete for the coveted Book Bowl trophy in this exciting celebration of reading and teamwork. A special thanks to our generous sponsors—iQ for Kids, Runyan's Jewelers, Backpacker Pizza, Bookish, Camas Boutique Hotel, Dutch Bros, Burgerville, Camas Dairy Queen, Discovery High School and Camas High School Key Club—for making this event possible.
This year’s event will include local authors and illustrators, engaging literacy-themed crafts, and the Camas Public Library. We’re also thrilled to welcome Donna Sandstrom, author of Orca Rescue!, who will be giving an inspiring presentation on marine conservation and her love for protecting orcas and other ocean creatures. It’s going to be a day filled with excitement, learning, and community spirt!
